We do not accept the return of any electrical goods whatsoever.
We do not accept the return of Special Order Parts whatsoever.
You may return all other goods as long as the goods are unopened, in their original packaging and have not been fitted or used.
Please notify us of your intention to return your goods to us by e mail or phone within 14 days of receipt.
Please include the original Bill of Sale, a contact number and tell us if you wish to exchange the item or if a refund is prefered.
You can return the goods in person during business opening hours. MON-FRI 8.30-5.00
You can send them back to us by courier. We do advise that you choose a service which has proof of delivery and can be tracked. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so please ensure the goods are adequately packaged in a secure box. We do not accept liability for items damaged or lost during transit.
